"Great little place with super friendly staff and tons of vegan options. I enjoyed the coffee, which is a nice mild mixture with several vegetable milk to choose from. Many and many raw vegan cake bits, many of them gluten-free, paleo, keto, etc. Raw vegan stuff is usually strong coconut and very rich, but these guys have the magic touch and create some fresh and light flavors. It is dog friendly to sit with a beautiful pot garden area. The dog and I definitely go back."

"I was really impressed by the number of vegan and gluten-free options available. the personal is all aware of what veganism is, and there is always at least one vegan option on the menu. They are also happy to make something for them if nothing fits. a lot of space to sit and chat (or study) and the coffee is also not bad."

"I thought the chicken soup in a clay pot was a go to favourite. It was piping hot, they must have it simmering in the oven. It was so filling, a complete, soup meal. I have not tried anything else. I would go again. They also have a wide range of bubble teas."

"LOVE BARLEY! Love the food, love that the menu/cabinet food changes, love the service, and love that they're happy to have behaved dogs inside too! My partner and I love coming in and not having to think which foods could we ask to be veganized like other places. We especially love that they're not all talk and ACTION what they stand for. Don't give a sh* to the naysayers we are 100% supporters of your vegan and zero waste standards in your eatery!"
