"This place surprised me. they have a small area, but they maximized this area by adding another layer on the top that helped make it feel comfortable. the interieur can rival and rival the restaurants to send places (i.e. makati, bgc, etc). it doesn't feel like it's trying too hard, which is great because there are places where you feel that you try too hard. they have large portions and the taste was not sacrificed for the amount. I loved her salted eier scampi and carbonara negra (and that says a lot as I am not a fan of pasta! her special coffee is also quite good, although I would not advise them to drink that if they do not want to hammer (I ordered baileys and Irish cream, I gave up. it was too strong for me. I wasn't ready. the service is also good, I can't say anything bad about them because they are very appealing (but being fair, there was only one handful of us at the time. I can definitely recommend this place, and I plan to come back when I find myself in the city."

"DISCLAIMER: this cafe operates until 9pm and we arrived around 8:30 pm.but, i dont think this should be an excuse (if what we experienced is not as bad as the others)we ordered their buffalo wings - which for me is just fried chicked topped with spiced ketchup, and i didnt like the dip as well; their nachos werent properly cooked. as for their milkshakes, yes, they look instagrammable and all that, but it isnt thick, whipped cream is too sweet and never creamy.(the crews must have been dying to go home and retire..)cute "classroom" tho, with creative names for the food.."

"Lucena City is full of restaurant, fast food, Filipino food, Hab-hab, but they are all somehow the same, few are the restaurant that is different to the usual. The Cafe Quay is different, it has this difference that makes it a precious gem... in the midst of the vivid crowd. It is also characterized in that it is clean and tidy. One thing that I check as a narrative valley of restaurant quality is the cleanliness of the toilet. The idea is if they cannot be harassed to clean toilets, chances are that they are not harassed to clean and care for the rest. The food is very good, unlike in international cuisine and very well presented. The costs are not too high and affordable and the drinks are something to try. Staff is friendly and competent, not too invasive but present when you need them. Overall a very good experience to try out, especially if you are shopping in Pacific Mall, this is just a few minutes walk (I know Filipino doesn't like walking, be we..."

"First it seems to be just another carinderie. it opens 6 o'clock and closes 7 o'clock. it has the usual food display so that they can see the food and can not fly to eat. there are around a dozen foods to choose and all are very. fantasy and well presented. I recommend tortang talong (eggplant torta), that is my fvourite food, mixed vegetables and giniling (minced pork.) which makes this place really special, besides the personal, is the barako coffee. it is delicious and only p12 a cup. the employees are all helpful and friendly and if they do not serve the customers, they constantly clean and polish. this restaurant is immaculately clean. in any case worth a visit!"

"There is a wide range of Filipino food to choose from. The place is huge and not kept properly. Everything is quite old and dilapidated. The view is nice though. Good place to hangout and enjoy the sunset. The server was playing music and it was clearly from his phone and his choice of novelty music. The girl who took our order must hate her job cos she was very stiff, impassive and not pleasant to customers. Go here and expect only good food and nice view then nothing more. For a restaurant in a province, they will pass. But not very good overall. If only we had other choices, but it seems that this is the decent restaurant in Tayabas/ Pagbilao area."
