"Our table of 5 people (including one toddler) was initially shown to a table inside the venue , but upon checking the booking and seeing that the booking included a toddler and fork promotion, the manager (or person in charge) showed us to a table outside advising that the venue was prioritising' the inside table who did not have the promotion. In addition, that staff member also advised that we could not order from the breakfast menu and that the lobster roll was not available (even though we saw another table order it). The buckwheat noodles were somewhat oily and did not include the lobster that was indicated on the menu. Overall , with the poor service provided at the start of the experience , this left us with a bad impression of the venue. If the venue cannot embrace the fork promotion , then I'd suggest that they not participate in the promotion in the future."
