"I was able to go on their last day of business which was December 31, 2022. Freddie's has been our family's go to Lebanese steak house in the Tulsa area. It has been worth the short drive to Sapulpa. We have been eating there for 40 years. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here. Family dinners in their banquet hall. It is sad to see it go away. After the owner Ed Slyman passed away the family decided not to continue. We would eat there often and also stop by for orders to go. We got quarts of their fantastic tabouli to go a well as their mini cabbage rolls that they made for the holidays. They were always a big hit at party's served 50 to a pan. My favorite steak was the ribeye. My wife and mom's favorite was the filet. I never have had a bad steak from Freddie's. Steaks were served with their signature smoke sauce. I rarely use any steak sauce. But, I had learned to like their smoke sauce. They bottled it and sold by the hostess stand. Best way do describe it is a slightly beef au jus with a little soy sauce. It is addicting if you like salty sauces. My wife would use it at home for all kinds of meat to marinade and flavor. I am not aware of other Lebanese steak houses except in Oklahoma. It is a great concept to add Lebanese items with a usually American main entree dish. If you have never been to a Lebanese steak house you are in for a treat and a lot of food. First thing served to you is Tabouli. Then you get a relish tray with hummus tahini. Next comes a cabbage roll with a little basket of barbecue ribs and baloney. Then a dinner salad if you didn't order double tabouli like we always did. They had the best tabouli I have every had at a restaurant. Then you got your main dish which was usually a steak. It comes with a side of baked potatoes or steak fries. As you can see you have left overs for later, or if you eat it all you all it was hard to drive home in a food coma. Been there! The atmosphere was always laid back and comfortable. A great steak dinner with all the appetizers at a fair price. My service this day was very efficient and quick with feeling rushed. They have said on their Facebook page they will be posting their recipes for all to enjoy. I am looking forward to the Tabouli, Hummus, Cabbage rolls and smoke sauce! Now there is only one remaining Lebanese steak house in Tulsa Jamil's. One in Drumright OK Joseph's. At one time there were five in Tulsa alone with Eddy's and Silver flame gone too."

"Words cannot explain how happy I have such a wonderful diner here in Sapulpa! Hiiiighly recommend the Philly cheese steak and the onion rings! Also... A side of cheese lures delisssh! My daughter loved the loaded Mac and cheese! My son turned around the hamburger with cheese! He even said look at the smooth bun! This is a BURGER! Everything about wonderful experience can wait to eat there again!"

"Changing my review because I left it on the wrong coffee shop lol. I had a terrible experience with another coffee shop and came here to soothe my soul afterwards. The staff here is consistently so nice and it's here that my love of mochas began. It's a delightful, cozy place that's locally owned and ran. I just love that Sapulpa has a little gem like this."

"This cosy café has excellent breakfast options. I generally don't eat lunch here, so I don't care for these dishes. Service is top notch and food is good. The experience is enough to choose this place over any other breakfast place in or around Sapulpa. The food is decent, but not as bright as IHOP or the like. I would still choose the café over any place in town, especially for breakfast food. Did I mention that the service was notch?"
