"I am so glad I've found this place. There is a scarcity of gluten free options in restaurants we experienced so far in Cairo, then you walk into this place. Their ethos seems to be health first and utmost as per displaying great information of ingredients used and the Happy Belly cookbook on the counter. Nice touch! Next amazing thing is the smoke free environment it's a blessing. Thank you. The menu choices are great but some items can be improved upon. May I suggest using locally sourced organic ingredients, or if so please display that pledge also. I tried the affogato and it was ok, I had better and had worse. Then had the crepe with fruit and honey. Again, it was ok. In Hawaii we make amazing buckwheat (GF) crepes, great consistency, light and healthy. The one I had here was somewhat of cardboard consistency. The ice cream also needs some improvement. Flavor and taste was lacking in the affogato. Please allow the customer to choose: pour the espresso onto the icecream or sip on it separately, do not premix! Thank you. All in all I am ecstatic of this discovery and will be back again."
