"I have not had a better breakfast in my life. The food is fresh, it's homemade and it's perfect. The Bistro is clean and such a cute atmosphere, the staff are all very friendly and you can tell they take alot of pride in their products. There specialty lattes with the homemade whip cream are well worth a visit."

"I do not like to write a negative review. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my experience so that fellow travelers do not meet a similar fate. Cutting to the chase, I agreed to occupy the Aspen Suite, a more expensive room, upon my first visit to the property. At check in, the clerk told me that it was a larger suite and represented it as a good value. She failed to mention that the suite is adjacent to the elevator. We took possession of the room about 4PM, apprehensive about being next to the elevator. However, the hotel was quiet up until 10 PM. We went to bed having not noticed any problem with noise. As the night progressed, the clientele became more noisy. They would stand in front of the elevator waiting for it while talking loudly. The net result is I was awakened four times during the night. My wife was awake most of the night. We heard all of the noise because the hotel’s room doors have no thresholds or any form of insulation to keep out noise. The problem could be inexpensively rectified by the hotel—read on for an explanation about why I doubt they care about customer satisfaction. My only expectation of a hotel is to provide a clean quiet room with a comfortable bed that enables one to sleep. A free breakfast is secondary. If I don’t get a good night’s sleep, I feel lousy. At checkout, I conveyed my experience diplomatically to the clerk, instead of apologizing, she lectured me about how I should have requested a different room and moved all my luggage at midnight. When I asked whether a vacant room existed for me to move to, she did not know. One reason I would not ask for another room is it could be just as noisy since none of the rooms are well insulated. Why should I have to move in the middle of the night? Why can’t the hotel make all their rooms quiet? I have stayed in many hotels with no noise problem. Just read my other trip advisor reviews. In short, I awoke in a bad mood and the poorly trained clerk managed to make matters worse. By the way, I am a member of Hilton Honors. I was never asked whether I am a member and doubt that I have been awarded points for my stay. We had dinner at the Bistro and the complimentary breakfast. The food was good, the employees were congenial, and the environment was clean. If the room had been as good as the food service, this review would not be negative. If the reader decides to stay at this property, May your experience be far superior to mine."

"We had dinner in the restaurant. I had a churrasco steak and my wife had a spaghetti dish with shrimp. Both meals were flavorful and cooked properly. No other guests in the restaurant, but we were early and the hotel didn't seem to be very busy the week we were there. Pleasant food."
