"I was going here everyday but since they 've gotten new staff, the staff is rude. they refused to give me the military discount. they said it was only for fire and police but they knew that the system has it under police/fire/milarty but said that must just be a glitch because they 're not going to give me that discount even though that 's the one I 've gotten EVERY time I go. will NOT be going back. maybe I 'll try another location thats better managed."

"This was the fastest I’ve ever received my order at a Waffle House. Ordered an All-star meal with double hash browns all the way, ham, and a peanut butter waffle (not pictured. Presentation was so flawless I had to take a picture as well. My boyfriend and I shared the meal together and were both very full and satisfied. We might come here again if we have a hash brown craving midweek!"

"Portions are very small for the price. The server was not at all friendly and didn't say some things were at an additional charge (brown rice for example) but he later removed the charge after I pointed out he should have told me in advance. The food itself was tasty, but there was not much of it."

"One of the best meals we had in Utah. The trout dish was surprisingly well supplemented by wild berries. The brisket was delicate and damp, with the perfect grill sauce that was neither too mild nor strong. However, the cooked asparagus could be better prepared. The tuna was okay, a bit on the salty side. The pecan pie was delightful, a perfect dessert for this season with a strong, thick crust and beautifully spiced filling. However, the pumpkin cake was a huge drain, with under-flavored filling and a soft crust."

"All Casey's General Stores are top-notch in the ever-expanding, highly competitive convenience store/gas station industry. Their fueling stations are always clean and supplies like courtesy paper towels are well-stocked. Trash receptacles are always less than half full and this shows that they empty them frequently. The window cleaner squeegee stations are always clean and don't smell like a sewer, the sewer-like smell being bug sludge. In the squeegee stations I've encountered at other gas stations, the window cleaner fluid is VERY rarely being drained, the bin being cleaned, and then refilled with fresh window cleaner. It's such a simple thing to provide, but so many gas stations just don't care about it. Casey's obviously cares greatly. I speak so much about the window squeegee stations because it seems EVERY other gas station I go to when I'm not near a Casey's has horrible smelling window cleaner. One time I went to a dumpy gas station in Florida because I was in dire need of fuel and was in a rural area. I also wanted to squeegee my windows. So as the pump is running, I grab the handle of the squeegee and pull it out of the squeegee bin, the bin falls off the mount it was on and the most VILE, black, thick, NASTY, bug filled liquid goes all over the concrete floor. It was extremely slippery and I slipped and fell as I reflexively stepped sideways to avoid the deluge of bug sludge. It got all over my hands, pants, shoes, and sleeve of my shirt. I literally gagged and vomited because of how bad the smell of the sludge was. So this bad experience really affected me, but Casey's is so much better in regard to this courtesy provision. Casey's has excellent sausage pizza and their other baked to order pizza and other prepared foods are fresh and very tasty. The soda fountain stations are clean, well maintained, and cups/supplies are well stocked. So many convenience stores have soda fountain stations that are so disgusting that I won't get any drinks from them. All of the sticky spilled soda just puts me off any of the drinks. But Casey's keeps it inviting. All employees inside Casey's stores are always very friendly, polite, and make me feel like a valued customer. Seriously. One of the main reasons is because they greet me the moment I walk in the door, unlike a lot of other convenience stores where the cashier is sitting in a chair behind the counter, looking at their smartphone, and ignoring most all the customers even when I'm standing there paying for my purchases. Casey's employees are fast, efficient, make frequent eye contact and smile genuinely, and assist in any way they can. Unusual services like GreenDot Visa Debit Card reloading is a big plus at Casey's. They even offer PayPal account reloading and that's VERY unusual. So Casey's has ALL of those unusual financial services. Casey's coffee station looks very impressive. I don't drink coffee and never have, but I do notice coffee stations in stores.
