"Sat outside on terrace which was very special . Super service with time in between courses just right. Menu choice very good and IMO good value. The Chateaubriand was excellent as was the Bresaola starter. The Ravioli del Plin is exceptional . Brilliant choice of wines available. Cannot praise the service enough. Wonderful experience."

"We were looking for a place to eat during January off season in Stresa.We were welcomed by a mother like lady which was not speaking English.Her husband, I guess, explainded us what they had for dinner in a very welcoming way.I chose one of the dishes which appeared appealing and fish.Being located by the lake we were not even imagined the fish was one year old frozen. The wine was good, but the food less then poor.I would not recommend and I strongly suggest the owners to change the menu according with the season and serve fresh food."

"Chose this restaurant because it was away from the tourist area and reviews praised their authentic Italian pizzas. Weren’t disappointed. Ordered Pumpkin flowers in tempura, stuffed calamari and spouse had the four cheese pizza. All delicious. Bottle of Chianti, strawberries and cream and mini cheesecake did not disappoint either. Extremely well priced. Glad we booked a table for Friday night because the place was pumping. Service was extremely efficient, dishes came quickly. Took about half an hour for bill to come, understandable, as one bar staff pumping out spritzers and liqueurs was also on the till."

"The best place I've ever eaten. Excellent service and very good price. We ate pasta with BRUTAL chestnuts and very good fish risotto. Panacota and lemon ice cream also amazing. Very good wine. 100% recommended. I'll be safe."
