"We stopped in for a cuppa and a iced chocolate. They didn't mind at all that we didn't order a meal. We sat on the veranda and the view is stunning. A little place which offers peace and quiet. We would definitely come back for a meal. Take mozzie spray. Lovely listening to the birds calling."

"Really great place for a day out in the mountains. Beautiful scenery and places to eat and explore. Get there early, as it can be very busy on weekends. Spend time walking and visiting the shops and tasting the great foods and beers. The clock shop was a highlight for me, as was the Brewery."

"My wife bought a chicken sandwich from the cabinet which didn't have any prices on it, they heated it up then told her the price... $16! I couldn't believe it. I found this out after I went in and bought what was called a chunky steak pie. No prices on the pie, rang it up and told me it was $8.50. I told her what I thought about a pie worth $8.50 and said it had better be good. It was below average and no sign of chunky steak. I couldn't express my disappointment because we took our food away and ate at a waterfall nearby.I'll deffo not be returning to this place other than to tell them personally how over priced and terrible their pie was."

"We were looking for something with a reasonable price for a late lunch. We got some crunchy chicken drumsticks and a seafood mix. There was also a gravy. The chips were amazing, I love a good crunchy chip. The shop was manned by a lovely young lady and there appeared to be two young men in the kitchen - I heard them taking and saw one. I was very impressed by their maturity, fabulous manners, great demeanour and efficiency. Haha you can tell I'm over 50 can't you :)Anyway, food was awesome; only took about 10-15 minutes (you can phone your order ahead). I was only a little confused by the main shop with the Codfather advertisement but the takeaway shop were we got our food just off to the left. Thumbs up guys!"
