"Crescent Moon Cafe is a gem of a restaurant in Antipolo. This is owned by Lanelle Abueva-Fernando, a lady well known for her artistry in painting and ceramic pottery. She was actually there when I visited, she smiled and said hello while I was walking around the path beside the fish pond. A very congenial woman.<br>

The place is so serene and peaceful. It has lots of trees, so it's pleasantly cool without the airconditioning. The main restaurant structure is wrapped with screens, so the breeze could come in minus the insects, however, we stayed at the cabana outside as we brought our dog with us. This place is pet friendly. ????<br>

On weekends they have buffets available for their patrons. We had pork, chicken, vegetable, and a fish dish with rice. They had a unique type of soup with hints of ginger (and I think cumin), the taste was unique but very pleasant. I had the fish, which seems like a Tanguigue. And of course they have their signature Alagao for appetizer....

"Place was perfect. Not hard to find even its not located at city center.Has a big parking lot in front, parking is not a problem. Food served was nice..its justifies the price. Really enjoyed the perfect nature feel ambiance plus it fits the Bossa Nova music..The bathroom interior was also amazing-check for yourself. They provide free 2 hours of wifi every item purchased. Improvements I can suggest, service..my salad was served without fork..haha! I waited for minutes just to get a fork. But experience was great! Perfect hangout for family and friends. ???? #CoffeeProject❤️"

"The place is good for drinking and enjoying the band. Eating is not something that will bring you back. We ordered nacho.salad and were surprised to be served with commercially available nacho chips. Never order your Calleza iced tea! Service is good but don't forget to bring your lotion if you are sensitive."

"Favorite place for the affordable Japanese food, but the service is quite disappointing at times. Also, the interiors are very dated, the toilet is dirty, and the surroundings don't look that clean. But the food still hasn't changed. Still good and reasonably priced. :) :)"

"Although Roots and Herbs is the closest coffee shop to my house in Antipolo, the main reason I find this place alluring is because of the promise that they serve healthy coffee and food selections. Indeed, they are true to their words. <br>

I tried their Malunggay Coffee Frappe and I think it's surprisingly good considering that a combination of coffee and Malunggay sounds really weird to me. Good thing I tried it because it's really good. It tasted like strong coffee, but in a good way. I also tried their mocha frappe, the taste of which rivals the big names in the coffee industry. However, the green tea was too sweet for my taste. <br>

I'm still going back to try some of their pasta and rice dishes because I heard they are really good. I did manage to try their cheese pimiento panda sandwich, however, an affordable indulgence that tasted great. <br>

"Its actually a deli shop which sells fresh meats like burger patties, sausages and other meat stuffs. It also doubles as a cafe at the same time. They have awesome burgers. I had Alexander's Burger. The burger pattie is tender and well seasoned. Veggies are fresh, crisp and refreshing. The burger is served with chips and it went well with their Banana Peanut Butter shake. Prices are really affordable."

"I am a fan of her oxtail kare with crispy tripe, since she opened a few years ago. but there are so many other excellent dishes that are to try: appetizers like the bagnet chips, crispy kesong puti and crispy crablets; main dishes. like the sweet spicy butterflied tilapia, grilled Miso-Glazed lachs with pfirsiche; and their soups. I always recommend it to my friends who are in this part of luzon."
