"The only reason I'm going here is that it's the only open 24 hours so I can take coffee on my way to work. Read the reviews on Facebook from the locals and get a mix of reviews. I'll go there every morning. The East Indian who works says no more than two words. He doesn't say good morning, he doesn't react if I say thank you. It's literally everything he says to the window. Then when I get to the window, he's just saying tray. I've always tried to be polite and use manners. This is my first interaction with people in the morning."

"Value for money not great ... ordered a quesadilla... it was a wrap so disappointed. It was basically heated a bit in microwave ... not like any quesadilla I have ever had. For the money I should have waited. Did mention it to cashier who...just shrugged"

"I have visited this place several times now and it's always been very good. They don't have a traditional menu but a fresh sheet that is ever changing. Usually a good selection different main dishes to choose from. I assume if you get there...a bit later, some dishes may run out, but I've never had that issue. I do notice that there is always an issue with house flies whenever I've been in there. Kind of annoying, but overall a great restaurant."

"The tables were dirty, eating took forever, there were only a few other people in the restaurant. worst overpriced eating ever. I have never left a negative review for a restaurant like this, but it is totally deserved. will never go back."

"I'm not a raving fan of many of the Chinese restaurants in Terrace, as I have a taste for authentic Chinese (Dim Sum! and those, you can really only find in larger centers. But since we have what we have, Polly's is as good as...they come. You don't leave hungry. The only problem I saw is that they have a very large take-out clientele, and the staff doesn't seem to be able to efficiently handle both the people coming in to pick up orders AND the people already seated in the restaurant. The staff was friendly, and to be fair there was 1 girl trying to handle 2 moderate tables and a very large 10+ group. A table beside us never got one of their orders, yet they were charged for it, but our order was fine. I have been there more than once and I would go back again."

"It shouldn't take an hour for breakfast no matter how full the restaurant is. We walked out because people that showed up after us got there food before us. Something needs to change or you'll loose local customers."
