"Wir haben während eines Kurzaufenthaltes in Niendorf im Wizzig (der Name ist übrigens in kleinster Weise Programm!) spontan Mittag gegessen. Beim Betreten wurden wir statt freundlich sehr mürrisch begrüßt. Schon da hätten wir auf unsere Intuition hören sollen und auf dem Absatz kehrtmachen, aber wir wollten uns unsere gute Laune und den schönen Tag so schnell nicht verderben lassen. Vom Gastraum aus kann man teilweise in die Küche gucken - zweiter Fluchtreflex.... Platzgenommen am Fenster, schöner Ausblick, tolles Ambiente. Als der etwas angestrengt und genervt wirkende Kellner/Inhaber? (es war nur ca. ein Drittel der einen, von zwei, Etagen gefüllt) zum dritten Mal an uns vorbeilief, blieb er endlich mal stehen und fragte was wir bestellen möchten. Ich bat erstmal um die Essenskarte (auf dem Tisch lag nur die Getränkekarte aus). Daraufhin wurde ich korrigiert "Die Speisekarte, Moment.".....dritter Fluchtreflex. Die Gerichte lasen sich gut, lecker und nach leicht gehobenerer Küche. Die Preise ließen dies ebenfalls vermuten. Wir bestellten das Tages-Fischgericht mit Kartoffelsalat und Bandnudeln mit Tomatensoße und Grana Pandano. Dazu zwei kleine Cola. Wartezeit aufs Essen war okay. Die Optik des Essens war ebenfalls okay, man hat zumindest gemerkt dass sich jemand Mühe gegeben hat es nett anzurichten. Die Nudeln waren bereits mit der Soße vermischt (Mengenverhältnis okay), mit frisch grob geriebenem Parmesan und frischen Kräutern bestreut. Auf dem Fischteller war der Kartoffelsalat als Turm (sprich vorher in Glas o.ä. Gepresst) drapiert und auch mit Kräutern bestreut. Nun zur Qualität: Die Bandnudeln waren total verkocht, so dass es nicht möglich war diese aufzurollen, da sie immer wieder durchgerissen sind. Die Soße ging geschmacklich, war aber kein Highlight und könnte gut und gern ein Fertigprodukt gewesen sein. Parmesan hätte definitiv mehr sein können. Der Fisch war panierte TK-Ware, recht trocken und dröge. Der Kartoffelsalat war auch Fertigprodukt. Fazit: Für tolle Aussicht, berufsverfehlte Bedienung und unterirdisches Essen einen absolut unverschämten Preis von 30,20 Euro (kein Zahlendreher!) bezahlt!!! Empfehlung: Solange meiden, bis ein Herr Rach, Rosin oder andere Fernsehköche Küche und Leute mal ordentlich auf links gedreht haben!"

"Gorgeous late summer weather early September 2015. We looked around in Niendorf. At the end of the visit we wanted to drink coffee. On the right and left side of the promenade there were inviting places that had both tables and chairs on the promenade. We were just at the bridge. Café Wizzig was closer, that gave the rash. A good decision on how to turn out. Since it was a bit windy, we'll finally get in. There was a beautiful winter garden with glazed window front and direct view of the Baltic Sea. First we went to the cake buffet. A wide selection of delicious cakes and wonderful cakes awaited us. Everything was from its own terrace, it was on the map. My companion took a piece of cheesecake with cherries, I ordered Dutch cherry cake with brandy. A real cake dream. The coffee was tidy. The view of the Baltic Sea in the sun. Life can be beautiful... Lt. Website was renovated in 2012. Everything seemed new, friendly and welcoming. There are seats inside, right outside the door with wind protection and on the promenade. The friendly waiter went to any table where the guests were sitting. The toilets were in the basement. The prices for coffee and cakes were perhaps more expensive than elsewhere, if at all. Suitable for offers. I can't say anything about the menu because we just drank coffee. It can be viewed on the website. The dishes are included supplements. A meal was served at a table that looked delicious. The opening hours are adjusted to the season, says it on the website. Anyway, Wednesday's rest day. We liked it in the restaurant, we can recommend it for a visit."

"Escaped before the rain, we stranded here. In short, we decided to eat a little bite. I had the potato stew, here I was missing a little more sausage. Tastefully ok. "I was in may there very late like 22.00 they still offered me burger or pizza . Stuff juzt perfect. The burger was not the best- quality of meat not so high. But was ok. I think that location and frindly stuff makes the place good one"
