"On 4/1/23, at 6:45pm, my friend and I went into Starbucks and had a terrible experience with their customer service. An Asian gentleman was working the computer and when we went up to order he stated the computer wasn’t working and we needed to put in our order through the app. I explained to my friend that it was probably because of some power issues and he was like “nope not really sure” in a rude way. We then put our order in and waiting on the side for it to be finished. When he got done making our drinks he set them down, without saying who it was for, and threw the straw down with it. I then told him he was being really rude, and I walked out. I am not sure why whenever anyone walks into a starbucks they are belittled. Never have I had that issue with going to a Dunkin location. Really would love someone to address how their workers should be treating their customers. Thanks."

"As a Binghamton University Student, I have to say this is my absolute favorite place to get my coffee on campus!!! I have tried to get a caramel latte all over campus and none compare to a Dunkin latte."

"Always enjoyed coming here since it opened. But prices go up there, we go less. The foods are still good but $28 for a large and small mac and cheese, 2 little baguettes, and 2 coffees- ouch. Sadly, we agreed. This was probably our last time eating there."

"The food was great. Service was quick and our server very friendly and attentive to our needs. Great experienceVegetarian options: They have impossible brand burgers and sausage. Which are vegetarian and vegan friendly. I had, hash browns , impossible sausages and 2 ? pancakes. I also had a milk shake. All menu items that are vegetarian were labeled as well as gluten friendly options clearly labeled too"

"I wanted to eat with my 10-month and husband 3/3/22 today. I was very impressed by staff, food, cleanliness, portions and prices!!! Our waitress was an expected mother and she was absolutely amazing! She recommended her lunch special, that was a Mac and cheese baconburger with frits and a soup/salad. I have the chili as my soup. The whole meal was fantastic and there was so much I couldn't finish it: there was also a wide selection of dishes on the menu that don't have all diners! 100% will be visited again."
