"Northern light alone in Unterhaching with animal hunger in the abdomen in a hotel without its own restaurant. Yelp here, encircling, what else is there, what sounds good and still opened? The choice fell on the Olympics... Going up on top of the crowd, even people were sitting on the terrace. They should all turn out to be the landlords and friends of the owner and I was the only guest. Makes nix, the stories were quite amusing to hear, from deceived husbands to 13 year old daughters and their deceased first friends... Back to dinner, I had chosen the cattle livers, I like it and when I like it. Gab ' a small salad on the way with delicious dressing. Main dish really great, lots of onions, small bowl Tsatsiki, all on wooden board. After billing the obligatory Ouzo, an unusually tasty, definitely the one for my good friends..."

"Ottobrunn is a municipality with about 21,000 inhabitants (I don't know why Gastroguide Unterhaching gives). It was a business day that smashed me into the community, the desire of one of our customers to meet me personally, Pate said. Since that day should be on a Friday, my wife and I decided to hang on this Friday for another holiday to get to know the area. The shortest distance to the Munich city limit is about 540 meters, but from the Ottobrunner town centre to the Marienplatz in Munich it is good 12 kilometers. In the street where the Fiegert confectionery is home, there are several more storey family houses, mostly equipped as a highlight with wonderful roof terraces. I can't remember that I've ever been to a community in Germany where I saw so many sensational terrace apartments. Here it is possible to live, the rent and purchase prices are accordingly. In an elaborate newspaper in Ottobrunn, I learned that the municipality has no more construction sites available, the population density is now the second highest in Germany. We are talking about 11000 municipalities in the Federal Republic of Germany! In front of the confectionery are some outdoor tables with seating, which appreciate Ottobrunner and love the bakery (see google), especially the rolls and the bread. We take a bright bun as well as a lye bread, with raspberry and strawberry jam, butter and a half softly cooked egg, with 2 milk coffees (big cups) and pay fair 10.90. Then the baker has surprised us to bake the baker with the bread. The bread rolls next to the coffee, of course the most important during breakfast. I have to pick up briefly, I ate the best Burger at .... (will not be betrayed) in Mannheim, even this Burger locality used an Kaiserbrötchen at the classic Burger. The Burgerbrötchen was sensational just like this Kaiserbrötchen at the Fiegert. The crumb had an uneven structure (extremely important in baking), very elastic and soft, almost reminiscent of cotton, but a tick firmer. The dough is well balanced with salt and sugar. The crust creepy crispy. Thus, Kaiserbrötchen – Emperor Friedrich the third party would have been as enthusiastic, after him the Kaiserbrötchen were named. The two lobes are also of excellent baking quality. The taste did not remember the artificial pigs"
