"Been there multiple times before just not the last year . the choices of food Cakes and sweets only a few to choose from looked like leftovers from the weekend. Croissant was chewy and the pancakes $11. for two looked like they came from...a packet of six from woollies for 4 dollars. Pretty disappointing. Not too friendly either."

"We were encouraged to visit this place due to the "fantastic coffee" served there. The reality was somewhat different. Two blends of beans were available; Primary and Secondary. When we walked in we were studiously ignored for almost 10 minutes, presumably to let us 'enjoy' the décor of the unit. Long bench-type tables with uncomfortable stools to sit on plus a blackboard at the far end of the room, hence the reference to School House. The coffee was indifferent and the social life of the barista interacting with another customer was far more important than serving us. Most of the food options had gone (just after lunchtime) so we couldn't eat. The coffee was ok but not exceptional and we won't be rushing back."

"It was good to go somewhere where the owners remember you. I used to take Mum here all the time till she passed. It still has great food and I forgot to get my takeaway for tea lasagna as they cook the best. Keep up the good work as you guys are doing a awesome job."

"I have been to this restaurant many times for lunch and dinner, my only choice in Hervey Bay.the menu is varied, beautifully presented by very friendly people. if it is a quiet night it is romantic and relaxed with attentive, relaxed service, just perfect.The view is spectacular sitting out on undercover verandahs amidst the trees and plants.It is licenced which completes the experience. I must mention the food, the oysters are so fresh, the Panko Prawns my favourite with a nice selection of home made desserts. it is easy to access and park.It is breathtaking on a moonlight night."

"It doesn't look like much from the street but the staff are friendly and the food was great. My 3 year old thoroughly enjoyed her mini breakfast, there is a Huge breakfast menu and cater for dietary requirements. The prices were good, the wait short and we were satisfying full when we left. We also enjoyed the quirky art work."
