"The place is quite good and has an outdoor space as well. It's good for both family and friends gathering. The Shisha here is good not the best compared to its price. But, try the Jersey flavor. It's sugary but very nice. The only problem I encountered here is that the toilets aren't clean."

"Baleno is almost the 1st professional coffee shop that has been established in sharkia and then expanded it's business to other locations and goveroerates. The best thing there is the attitude of thr staff as well as the quality of their products, they also maintain a standard friendly atmosphere in all their branches so that you always feel at home. Their prices are always less than other coffee shops in the same category."
