"We had a beautiful room made of fragrant pine wood and a cozy seating area by the window, which was ideal for working. The breakfast was fantastic and the servive was very accommodating and really kind (our group, for example, easily got hot water for our thermos flasks for the day of skiing with a smile). The attached bakery (which the breakfast buffet clearly benefits from) is also recommended. I found it particularly positive that we were asked if we wanted room service every day. Since not (environment, unnecessary to change towels every day) we got a voucher for the bakery instead. The location in Zuoz is super central and it is only a 5-minute walk to the ski area. A great stay overall!"

"It is regrettable that the wonderful atmosphere and good eating is lost through the service. the sunken women serving was what the experience was made bad for all in the restaurant. it is disappointing as it was the other workers who were working hard ate. fix it crusch...Alva!"

"The evening at restaurant engiadina in zuoz began to be disappointing, because the service was friendly. the gruss from the kitchen tasted good, even the salat was beautifully dressed and delicious. the main course was a single disappointment. the meat was, on the one hand, of very poor quality and on the other hand far from the ordered cookery. it was dry, tough and tasteless. from the non-professional reaction of the service time apart, also the upgraded food was anything but satisfactory. the noodles were cold, the nice stone hard and the fraught pampig. the miserable culminated in the fact that the bill did not vote. the price was high for the delivered quality. also the head of the house was not ready for a talk. all in all a huge disappointment for much money. we're not coming anymore, no question."
