"Possibly some of the worst coffee I've ever been served from this chain or any other coffee house. I went twice during my stay in the Bywater and both times, two different drink selections, both tasted like water with low fat milk. My hot drink was barely warm and my frappe melted. The servers were so distracted talking high school and social nonsense. So sad and so disappointing. Never saw anyone that looked or acted like a manager."

"Panera Bread on Carrollton has an extremely large indoor seating area. Though several of the table tops had crumbs. The pastries and breads are gorgeous! I had the orange scone. The scone was good as it wasn't too sweet. definitely house-made, which was great. This was my first time consuming coffee via Panera. I am super excited to see that they offer light roast as it is my favorite brew and RARE to get at most coffee shops. The light roast was very citrus (as described) but the chocolate notes (as described) offset the bitterness that citrus in coffee can delivery. So it was very flavorful. The young woman at the register rushed each customer whom came in, though no line. I witnessed this as I slowly browsed the pastry and bread area next to the register. She did greet and thank everyone, but the rush and cutting all of us off at some point during our sentences wasn't good. Other than that, I do recommend Panera Bread on Carrollton and will return."

"I ordered 2 coffees and a cheese danish on Saturday (Dec. 4th) morning 9am via the mobile app. My order was not ready until 9:30. I understand that most mornings at this location are pretty busy. So while the wait was inconvenient, it wasn?t that big of a deal. The staff appeared to be unorganized and overwhelmed. In the car after receiving my order, I realized my vanilla sweet cream cold brew was TERRIBLE. This is my go to order, and while it hasn?t been the same every time, it?s never been this bad. I chalked this up to the store being busy and the employees rushing. So, then I begin to eat my cheese danish. About half way through I notice a ?wet dirt? taste. I look down and there is MOLD on the danish. (See pics) I was unable to return to the store because I had to pick my daughter up from practice but I immediately start calling the store to let them know. After about an hour of calling I finally get someone on the phone. The guy that answered asked if I wanted to notify the manager. Ummm of course at the very least the manager should be made aware that they are serving bad food to customers. After waiting on hold for about 5 minutes a young lady comes to phone and apologizes about the incident but said the manager is not there yet and would call me within the hour when she arrives. I spent most of yesterday evening nauseous and vomiting. I can only assume from the mold consumption ????. It has been MORE than 24 hours since the store was made aware of the incident and I still have not received a call from the manager!"
