"The only reason to go here is the location. Which is really good and it is a smart idea to have the place look very much like the painting. In fact the food was reasonable, not as bad as I expected. The linguini with shrimps...was OK, with five good big shrimps on it. And also the service was not bad. But, indeed the strange attitude of this place not to accept cards is really deplorable, so time to get a new owner who is a bit smarter. For me the cook can stay."

"My husband and I were visiting the Camargue on a beautiful sunny and hot August day and were badly in need of refreshment. We saw this restaurant as we drove between two viewing points within the National Park and decided to stop for lunch. We...are vegetarian and didn't expect a great choice but we were actually surprised by the number of options. I opted for a cheese omelette and it was one of the nicest I've ever had. Next time we visit the Camargue we will be heading here again for lunch or dinner. It was just beautiful to sit outside under the vines and olive trees."

"I was lucky to find this gem of a place whilst in Arles. A small chalkboard menu set down a tiny street off the Rue de la République. The host was incredibly helpful in translating the meals for me. I ordered slow cooked lamb on polenta which was delicious. The sauce was amazing. An absolute umami flavour and the addition of hazelnuts was perfect. I don’t normally order a dessert but the poached nectarine with meringue and yoghurt icecream was sensational. A must go to!"

"The sports bar is the place where the whole village is found but also the passing people. live in the heart of the camargue an extraordinary moment. Everyone trinque with you. to eat the dishes are fresh. no card but some exquisite dish with the flavor of our great mother. Divine pizza. Not to mention a lot of football."
