"We have been looking for a weinstube near the marienplatz and found this small hole in the wall at google maps. they have a nice wine selection. the spout could have been a bit more generous, but the quality of the weine was great. it is a small place run by italians. very authentic. beautiful little foundation to make a break from the bustling opposite this city."

"We had a few days in a few hours on the occasion of the octoberfest, in the morning instead of in the hotel too breakfast (cost 10 euro!) we went into this nice bar/bakery, the cappuccino was good and also the baked! the bill, a cappuccino, brioche, juice and a pulpy 7,50, honest! also on Sunday morning!...what is open in seldom!"

"We had a wonderful meal here. It was a Saturday evening, and the place was only moderately busy rather hushed and slightly reverential in atmosphere. That didn't dampen our enjoyment at all. The head waiter was extremely attentive, polite and helpful though the new...assistant was obviously still finding his way round. To eat, we shared an excellent seafood platter I thought the crab was rather flavourless, but overall it was excellent. Almost as good was the butter for bread, I mean it was simply the best salted butter I've ever had in a restaurant, and I could have eaten it all night. As a result, I was close to passing on desert. On the menu, the lemon tart really caught my fancy, but I've lost count of how many times these have disappointed too sweet, too dry, simply lacking in zest and acid and depth of flavour. My dining companion convinced me If it's good anywhere, it'll be good here. Exactly right absolutely superb, unctuously rich and wonderfully, sharply lemony. Companion had the tiramisu made with amaretti biscuits so gluten free. Again, how many tiramisus are simply a sad disappointment? despite lots of cream and alcohol, nasty dry chunks of bad sponge that catch in the throat. But this one was simply magical. Together with a lovely bottle of Sancerre and a great mirabelle Pflümli as a digestif highly recommended, the meal cost less than So not cheap, but for a meal of this quality, really a bargain"
