"I have been densed on the terrace on a beautiful summer evening. the meal was delicious. my first cure was the small richer, an salat of local greens (rich is regarded as the best salat vegetables in Germany; there are greenhouses all over the island). me. then had a very tasty chilled gazpacho with olive sorbet and dice green and yellow paprika, one of the best preparations of this suppe I had. my main course was a whole quail with truffle sauce, really extraordinary. there are good local wines served by the glass (e.g. richau müller thurgau). the service was attentive during the meal. it is not surprising that the restaurant was busy with local and tourist, there through the beautiful atmosphere, the well prepared food and the overall value drawn."
