"When we arrived and spoke to the gentleman behind the bar it became apparent that they had not reserved a table for us. The bar was now busy and we were shoved into an awkward space between the bar and the window. As this was a surprise outing for my friend birthday this was very disappointing. We ordered some cocktails and had some food all the while feeling a little uncomfortable. When a little while later we were asked to move as the area had been booked by someone else. There was no apology from the bar man, he was actually quite aggressive and just wanted us out of the way. I would say if you don't expect to get treated nicely when you book then it's OK. It did not live up to expectations and we felt very unimportant to them."
