"Yesterday was disappointing. I slept about whether to write this review. I've been going to the Perfect Cup for a long time. I usually stop my wife and take her for lunch. Yesterday was one of those days. We were excited after they were closed for a few weeks. So often we go there. There was not much of a packed lunch while we were there, a total of 9 tables for three waiters. Very low stress, I'll tell you because it's important for review. We sat down and an irritated waitress named Melissa shows up at the table to get our beverage order, doesn't wait for us to give any information and leaves before we talk to it. When she comes back to take our order, we still have drunk drinks, she hurls my wife's order down and when it comes to me, I go to a cold ham sandwich (it comes with salad tomatoes and Mayo with Cheddar) Before I can make changes to my sandwich, she cuts me off and asks me what side I want. I have to tell her I'm not finished with the sandwich. I ask you to have the provolone instead of Cheddar and add mustard, leave it in a huff. We don't have drinks yet. The food comes and my sandwich is terrible. No cheese instead of substituted provolone... no mustard... and a hot mess, which looks like grilled mushrooms that made my bread soggy. Nowhere on the menu said there would be grilled mushrooms on my sandwich. I can only think that when I told Senf she heard mushrooms... but that would not have been a problem if she had actually listened to the order of her client and not annoyed that I ordered not only the warehouse ham sandwich. It was the first time I had a bad meal or bad service there. Unfortunately for them, it will be the last time I have a meal there. I don't give the people money to be treated badly and get food I wouldn't give to my dog. As I have said, I can understand mistakes or hurry when the lunch service is packed... but it wasn't. Melissa should not work in the service industry if it is disturbed when customers interrupt their cell phone time. I understand that Selfies and Snapchat are super important and not, but if you are at work you do your job and do the best you can, the customers deserve that."

"I create honest reviews for people, just like you, to make better informed plans/shopping decisions before ya go. I went here on Sunday around 8:15 pm, and I left there about 25 minutes later. They were very busy and happening place. Almost a packed house. Lots of family and couple customers. I am stuck on the double country burger, regular fries, and a butterfinger freezer. The service is pretty good and they really have their hands full when so many people are ordering ice cream. This is located on the airport side of town and is probably the best location for a family dining experience on this side of town. I have included photos for your convenience. I actually put my Freezee in the freezer and forgot about it til I went to bed. I was so excited to jump back up and indulge in my Butterfinger ice cream like a bod boy. NOTE: I spend my irreplaceable time to create these reviews to help people , like you, to make better informed decisions before they/you go. "I and my wife loved this little place, and she was very happy with her imprisonment. it is worn by the fact that it actually uses kartoffels that do not use any other restaurant than hashbrowns. this is our new found breakfast restaurant in annoying, moving over snow town. the personal was super sweet, especially the waitress. the only negative id say that the buses do not see that they are dressed in sweat pants there, but that is not a big thing. we will not have been coming back"
