"They may have only a handful of options of sandwiches 7-8 but the ingredients are exceptional, sandwiches are hand made in front you. Prices range from 9-12$ for most sandwiches. Draft beers available and they have a happy hour most days 4-6 pm Monday to Friday. Friendly service and clean tables. Will be back !"

"I have been to this place before with my husband and the food was good and servie too. This time I went with a friend and the food was ok but the worst thing was that we felt we had to rush out of there so they could fill the table and serve others for more business and tips. For my friend and I it was our "girl's supper" evening and we do this every other month. For the first time, we didn't feel that we could stay and enjoy. Won't be back.Treat your customers like numbers, they won't return. Too bad because the food is good but I won't go to a place where I feel rushed to eat and leave."

"This was a first for us. Had never been to an Earls, and apparently they exist in many of the larger cities in the US and Canada. We chose this one, because it was close by, and it had some vegan/vegetarian options. Close by, because we had been traveling for 8 hours in the car and were tired and hungry. The best take back? The food. I was overwhelmed with how good my meal was prepared, and my wife was equally pleased. I had the cajun chicken (with potato salad and coleslaw) and my wife enjoyed the tortilla soup and forager burger. Absolutely scrumptious. The disappointment? Being rushed. We were the only ones in the dining room, because it was early in the evening, but the waiter thought it would be a good idea to offer the dessert menu while I was still eating. DO NOT clear plates from anyone's seat until EVERYONE is done eating! Why is this so hard to grasp?! Then he arrived with the machine to run our credit card, and I still hadn't finished. BAD! Waitstaff need a lesson in etiquette, big time."

"Ordered chicken vindaloo which was nowhere near the actual Indian dish chicken vindaloo. It was way too spicy than human could tolerate! and so totally tasteless. I had to change my dish to butter chicken (this time mild) but that too was very disappointing.(got charged for both which is ok but other restaurants wouldn't)! It had no flavour of actual butter chicken! Not a good place for Indian food."

"Was downtown for a business lunch with some colleagues who wanted to head to the Shark Club for lunch. We arrived at to a bustling restaurant filled with lunch customers. We were fortunate to get a recently vacated table. The waitress was quick to...offer to clear and wipe the table for us and promptly made good on her promise. The menu had is filled with typical beverage house fare. After some contemplation I opted for the Cajun chicken burger with a side of onion rings. The food came out promptly however was a large disappointment. The Cajun chicken was flavourless and certainly not spicy. The onion rings paring tasted as though they we either frozen or were cooked in an under temperature deep and were stale and oily tasting, I didn’t finish them. Overall the experience was underwhelming and for with a soda water I’d likely have enjoyed a better meal for half the price in the food court at City Place."
