"Usually fast and friendly. But today not so much. Guy didn't even say thank you even after I said it 3 different times. Wasn't happy when I asked for the mustard and ketchup that was missing. Just because it's a drive thru doesn't mean you can get theorder incorrect and forget the condiments and a thank you. Might have the best bisquets in town but I'll think twice next time."

"Today was a good one. The cashier actually spoke to me at the window and said thank you and when I asked for a bag for my box the other cashier gave it to me and also said thanks for coming, have a great day. I often don't get that when I come to the drive thur. They are often on their phones and not paying attention and some can be rude. I keep going back because I actually like the food. Some employees could use some more customer service training. I have over 20 yrs of customer service experience and it disheartens me that I see this going on in big fast-food chains."

"Is it too much to ask to get chicken that doesn't taste like it's 3 days old??? We quit getting food here because it's always terrible but since it had been a while we gave it another chance last night.....hubby picked up an 8 piece family meal around 6:15pm and the chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the heat well since at least noon. The skin was so hard you couldn't bite it and the chicken was dryer than any chicken I have ever had in my life. I just don't understand how any restaurant would actually serve something like that to a customer. We basically paid over $27 for two sides, biscuits (which my husband said weren't fresh either but better than the chicken) and a half gallon of lemonade. Don't waste your money here if you are wanting fried chicken.................. Totally done with this Bo's this time!"

"First time here... was greeted BEFORE I reached the counter... 2 lovey women took my order and it was done and ready before I could reach the end of the counter. The Chicken was Piping HOT and very crispy on the outside... the Cole Slaw was excellent aswas the Mashed potato and country gravey. But boy was I surprised at the Biscuit!... Light and Fluffy, with a salted top thatwas delightful.... This is a nice place to go when craving a good chicken meal.."

"9/25 bought an 8 piece box, chicken was not cooked and mashed potatoes were awful! I called store, person said they had been extremely busy and the mashed potato machine was tore up??? Took my name and said they would write it down for a replacementmeal.i was told that i didnt need my receipt. They were writing my name down. Went today, rudest little woman first said theyhad no guy answering the phone, but then knew who it was. But she refused to give me the meal cause i didnt have a receipt. Iexplained again what i was told, nope, she wasnt going to do it . The other employees knew who i was talking about. I had theamount on my phone for the purchase for proof. she just wasnt going to do it."
