"I’m giving the location 3 stars because the food was great, but the service was awful. I ordered online for pickup and when I entered the restaurant, I stood behind another party waiting to be seated. A man at the host stand seated that group and instead of coming back to greet me and asking if I need help, he walked past me as if I were invisible. I proceeded to go to the bar and wait for the bartender to acknowledge me. I told her I had a to go order and instead of asking me any details about my order or offering to check on the status, she told me to go back to the host stand a wait and someone would bring it out. I went back to the host stand and waited. Another party walked in and the same male host came back and acknowledged the party that just came in and ignored me. Even after the party said “she was here first…” After seating them, the male host asks what I needed and when I said, “To go order” I was told again, “someone else will come help you with go to orders…” As I was about to cancel and leave, the to go person finally came with my order. The food was great but there was ZERO customer service. No one welcomed me in or said thank you for waiting or even acknowledged me. For those reasons, I won’t be returning."
