"Great food, made at the place for them. they care about the quality of food and it shows (or I should say it tastes) the rolls are just. and yes, in any case they try the roasted okra! a star out because the service is not the absolute best (they could miss a part of their order, so check before they go.) this is a bit understandable because it is a small business."

"This was some pretty good chicken. It was kind of expensive at $25 for 1 pound of tenders, 2 fries and 2 rolls. Everything was fresh though and the seasoned fries were good. I liked that there was a parking lot at the store so I didn't have to find parking. It would be nice to be able to eat in but we took it to Gas Works Park and had a picnic which was even better."

"Nothing, good or bad, last forever. In this case, the quality of food has seen a steep decline. Shrimp is not fresh. Garlic butter is pretty much unrecognizable. Crawfish not thoroughly cleaned. Even the corn has a plastic texture. Nothing lasts forever, including customer patronage. Good luck turning things around."

"We found Marcel's to be a fun atmosphere and the waiters enthusiasm was wonderful. The selection is very good with great specials as well. We had pecan pie for desert with was wonderful with the enormous serving of vanilla ice cream."
