Order a coke and watch their kind and personable staff scoop ice into a glass, add a few pumps of cola syrup, fill it with soda water, and stir. It was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen and tasted.For a real treat, end your meal with a soda float and watch the whole process repeat with ice cream instead of ice.
