"I came to Adelita's on a whim, while I was waiting for my pupusas to be made across the street. My wife's family is from Nicaragua, so when I see nacatamales and Nicaraguan food available, I get it to try. No two Nacatamales are alike, so this gave me a chance to try Adelita's. Nacatamale: some have rice, some have masa only. Here they use masa only. The piece of pork inside was moist and had a nice flavor but I wish is was a bigger piece. It's decent for $6.50. We also tried the sweet sugar empanadas which were little tasty pastries. If you are looking for Nicaraguan food, Adelita's is a decent spot."
