"The food was great as usual. We are regular and go once a month, but last Saturday night food was slow. We made open table reservations, which for some reason did not come to the restaurant and waited and then waited another 30 minutes for appetizers, then food finally 30 more minutes after. Eating was good, but huge peppercorns on duck and a little too much salt and pepper in most dishes. Fish Special was great and my favorite goat cheese salad was incredible as usual! Corner stand, which is quieter"

"Service and food both excellent. The seating area is quite small, but not overcrowded. The menu offers an interesting selection of sophisticated dishes. We didn't try beer because we were seduced by the very extensive and creative cocktail menu. Definitely a gem."

"It's not a Frills authentic Korean restaurant. A good sign is that many older Koreans come (this always reminds me of lunch in Korean churches). I've been coming here for years and still enjoy it. The consistent server can be a bit blunt, but it is very sweet if it is slower! It is very busy for dinner and weekends. Sometimes there are only two people who can wait that way. While one of the biggest complaints that others have, I really don't care to support a small local institution that tries to keep their doors open while offering delicious food. Sometimes I use the waiting time for a quick shopping trip at the Han Yang market next door. The foods offered are common dishes, so you can find no specialty or trendy items. You will find the clamps: LA bbq, bulgogi, Tofu pots, black bean noodles, bibimbap. Plus other comfort food. They've increased their prices, but they're still worth it. You basically get a home cooked meal and not a bit quickly processed in a microwave or inauthentic. My biggest complaint: show something different from golf, please"

"Amazing experience. It was a fantastic night out for the family. They were extremely busy but neither the food nor the services suffered from this. Great recommendations from the server for our first time. The entire family enjoyed all of the food tremendously. It will be hard not to come back at least one night every week!"
