"Ordered from this place a few times and the food was absolutely lovely, my step mum tried to order tonight and they cancelled the order, we put it down to she must have done something wrong so I then tried as I’m the one who’s always placed the order, it was cancelled again! So I rang the store (no call from them) to see what the issue was to be informed ‘the driver doesn’t want to drive that far anymore so you can’t order’ this is absolutely disgusting customer service…I have spent a lot of money with them through our orders to be treated so rudely…the woman on the phone then decided she would offer us one final time to order from them and then they wouldn’t accept our custom any further as they have to ‘pay the driver more’ and he isn’t happy about it. I feel to offer me one last order is even more rude as they clearly know how much I kept spending and did this to just add money to their own pockets not once considering how they was treating their customers. I asked why is there radius including us and suggested it needs to be changed to be informed that by doing so it would lose them custom so they’re not willing to do that, I just need to not order. By the end of the phone call there had not once been an apology or way for this to be resolved. I’m not even angry anymore, at this point I’m just disappointed with the store…please spend your money elsewhere."
