"Fabulous 40th birthday party at Alessandros pizzeria. Authentic regional Italian cuisine. Total surprise to find this in such a beautiful setting on the banks of the Barron River, Cairns, Australia. A wonderful host who went the extra mile with charm and pizazz. Food outstanding and the imported Italian wines smooth and robust. Great range of European beer too for those Ozzies who like to drink a lot in the QLD heat.. Alessandro was a pleasure to work with and arrange a memorable occasion for my son and his friends."

"If they are in any case in the city they give this, even if only to try a paddle beer. we went on a Monday to try some beers and were so impressed by the mood and atmosphere came back on a Tuesday evening for a meal. highly recommended if they buy a beer a tower (2000ml) around to share. we took our 2 children 10 and 8, great meals for both. I have the steak and I have to say that it is rare to come out a steak as they are asked to be cooked, not my favourite cut but really enjoyed it independent. the waiting time for eating is worth it, the personal did well imo for how many patrons they had. try the cane cutter ale, my favorite. we are coming back to the next vacation, thank you"
