"Poor communication among their staff. I got different information trough their page, later on the phone, and finally at the restaurant; in the end nothing I was told happened. Fish quality’s good but the rest is pretty average. Service is ok but could be better."

"It is a good option in the hotel zone in cancun. we liked our food, the service was great and the location is perfect. prices are average for a casual restaurant with made to order meals with fresh ingredients. I think we'll be back when we're in cancun."

"This place looked intriguing and we were hungry and hot and sweaty. The owner greeted us warmly and we were seated promptly. He visibly cooled when we didn’t order any beer, we don’t drink much, and it went downhill from there. We ordered from the seemingly reasonably priced menu, but laughed to ourselves when the meagre portions arrived. I’m not actually sure if there was any chicken between the skin and the bones of my dish... Anyways, I certainly won’t be back. The 300+lb crooner they had singing could have cleared the room with his voice if the guests hadn’t have been famished!"

"Este restaurante esta dentro de las instalaciones de el hotel Krystal grand punta Cancún y desde que llegas al lugar hay una buena atención del personal que siempre está al pendiente del comensal, la limpieza es muy buena y todo lo que comimos ahí estuvo delicioso, desde el pan pita que te dan de entrada y todos los platillos de la carta pues fuimos varias veces, siempre bien atendidos hasta el ultimo dia que nos despidieron con un mensaje en nuestro plato que decía gracias por visitar Cancún, agradezco a todos en especial a nuestro último mesero el Sr Pedro Batuin"

"We have eaten at most of the restaurants at the Moon Palace for breakfast however today's experience was exceptional. Our Server Mario Lopez aka Super Mario made our trip more memorable by going the extra mile to prepare Mexican coffee for us. Wow I was blown away by the food and by his attentiveness. This is the reason I savor my moments at the Moon Palace. They make sure all of their guests feel special. Super Mario thank you for adding to our beautiful memories October 12,2020 if you want a treated like royalty ask for Super Mario! "
