"This place has been on my list of "must try" for so long and I finally got the chance to try it, located in the streets of Darlinghurst. As soon as we walked into the dining area which is nicely decorated with simplistic modern round lights, we were politely greeted by a waitstaff (she was exceptional all night, great recommendation and great service) and seated at our table. I do recommend booking a table for groups of 4 or more as seating does seem limited and this place does get booked out. <br>

We ordered quite a few dishes as the servings were small and great to share, the highlight of the night was definitely the the raw king salmon($19), the sweet and tangy lime dressing goes amazingly well with the tender salmon pieces and the plating was amazing!! <br>

The other 2 must try dishes of this winter there is the truffle mushroom($5ea) & the taro layer cake ($16)with truffle (+$15)custard and don't forget to add your truffle shavings! <br>

"Newly renovated restaurant. Much smaller condensed menu compared to the previous Samurai Restaurant here. The standout dish was the Fried chicken. Not so good the Chicken yakitori soggy with sauce and no charcoal grill flavour at all. Sushi platter was pretty average. The Squid legs tempura was tasty but rubbery. The chicken udon noodles was also good but nothing special. Staff were very friendly food service with a smile. Just order the fried Chicken and some sake."

"The meal was delicious. Home-made dips and fantastic platter of mixed meat and seafood cooked to perfection. The wine was a great accompaniment and we enjoyed the lovely repartee with Dimitri, the owner. We have been here before and standard is still outstanding. In fact, we took a doggie bag home as there was far too much to consume.Lovely poster pic of Santorini made us long for another Greek vacation.Parking was a bit tricky..."
