"I finally tried to get a review for this fabulous fish and chip shop I've visited for many years! the hotel is located in the heart of pinner, this place is immaculately clean. the greeting they receive is the first class always friendly, friendly and professional with a smile. the eating tastes nice freshly prepared fish and chips as they wait. her menu is extensive. for the quality and portion they are served, the prices are very reasonable. they can say that this place is popular by the waiting queues they see outside and the familiarity of the employees with customers inside. a great scream from the brilliant team of alex, omar, cemal and anthony. the COVID19 signatures and protection measures of this site are still firmly attached to place, this team has bravely placed on the front to serve the local community during this two-year pandemic. I recommend a visit here."

"Chips were good, hot crispy, etc, though less than generous in portion size. They don 't know or don 't want to know that if you use a microwave to heat a beef mince pie the pastry will become gooey translucent. I left all the pastry for it was inedible. When I pointed this out to the staff they first ignored me then became verbally abusive, toild lies about not using the oven as an alternative, because it would take hours [sic] to heat. This is nonsense. I was polite requested a gesture on their part but this was repeatedly ignored, but I kept reminding them politely of their responsibility to compensate me for serving inedible food. The unresponsive staff morphed into verbal abuse mode, adding an absurd claim that 30 years of working in the industry meant that they knew how to cook. All this means is that for 30 years they have been doing it all wrong. I told them that I would go online with this issue. Only then did they budge belatedly grant my request for a gesture/compensation: I had £2 knocked off the bill but still left with a sense that these people are arrogant and have no sense of how to deal with a legitimate complaint in a fair polite way. Once they escalated the abuse, the entire room of customers could hear witness the situation"

"Tonight I was ordered at the first time at the weings. person at the end of the phone was polite and very courteous. the order was made with a few special requirements. food came on time. recommend eating 100%. it was fresh and well cooked, and all our special requirements were carefully taken. many thanks for a great meal. the price was acceptable. they will hear from us regularly. new luck customers who have found a good Chinese take away yeah!"
