"It's a little pricy, but it's worth it. For lunch you can go to Bento or eat. They serve Katsu as a main dish (chicken, pig or fish of the day). If they have the gyoza available, then you should definitely get it. Best gyoza I ever had it and it's homemade there in the store."

"My man celebrated my 40th birthday here and we couldn't find a better place to celebrate this special occasion. we had luck sitting in front of the kitchen, which are by the way the best places in the restaurant. we had an amazing interactive experience with chef dominic and Sous-Koch yama; they are incredible. we asked the chef to judge his self-created, and he gave us his absolute best!. we had little tellers, how brave more or less, and they were absolutely delicious. each plate had its own power, magic and technology. eating was really fresh, cooked before us, could not ask for more. alexis, our server/host/sommelier was outstanding. she gave us the best pairing for every dish, she delivered to perfect our desires and we like a royal, she even ordered a one for us when we were finished. the prices are reasonable and very affordable, compared to other high-end restaurants on the big island. the restaurant is a gem in hilo. highly recommended!"

"Automated sushi bar, fair prices, multiple selections, try the fried chicken wings to go for an at home late night snack! Speed train delivers wide variety of Japanese food.. I find a combination of sushi and fried items is a great way to explore their menu, so typically its ebi, sake (salmon), and ahi for the raw sushi and a couple of the dragon rolls or fried shrimp rolls with teriyaki glaze.. also try the soft shell crab and maybe avoid their pre-packaged California or tuna roll.."

"My age took time from his busy evening and spoke to us through Thai cuisine. We asked for Spicy and got Spicy! The unique recipes for each restaurant are indicative of quality and individuality. Great experience, recommend asking for all fried fish. Excellent restaurant!"

"We are from Toronto and would say that we eat Pho quite often. The broth here is very good, not fatty at all just enough fish sauce and sweetness. The spring rolls were also very good, try them with the lettuce together makes nice refreshing contrast. Highly recommend!"

"During a very busy Tuesday afternoon they could put us (group of 15) without waiting. Generally, this is a bad sign, but since the reviews were good, we decided to sit and eat. It helped to have a clean bathroom we could use as we travel with children. The food here was very delicious. Thom Yum soup was delicious but had too much vegetables (mainly cabbage) in it. Breadh was there. Green curry with chicken was cooked for perfection and the fried rice was a good part to share. Try Thai iced tea if you like sweet drinks. Service she is very casual. No formalities or hostesses at the entrance. You go in, waiter greets you and tells you that you choose an empty seat. Avoid the seat of the stand cushion as it is not comfortable. It has no correct back support and I left with a back pain after 40 minutes. Also be ready to spend some time in search of parking. Due to the peasant market, the place is full. Overall good restaurant, which is cheap."
