"With an intimate ambiance, the best of classic Spanish food/tapas with a Latin twist, and delicious cocktails, Ednia has to be the best restaurant in Manizales. The food at this restaurant is amazingly tasty made to order by a husband-wife chef combo who are super nice and knowledgeable. Some of my favorite dishes are: Solomito a las 3 Pimientas, spanish tortilla, huevos cabreados, beef carpaccio, and piquillos rellenos de rabo de toro. Don't leave Manizales without visiting this place!"

"We went here for New Years Eve 2020....Monica and her family were brilliant, they put a really great night on despite the restrictions of Covid. The food and service was great and the atmosphere too....we had a great night....All other restaurants in this area were closed and we really appreciated Monica and her team opening up for New Years Eve .... "
