"Such an amazing all-u-can-eat sushi spot! AND a phenomenal Happy Hour Menu with $1 Beer and $1 Sushi? What?!?! Yes, enough said, must check it out.Parking: Most street parking is either 1 or 2 hours (before 6p). Be careful because Pasadena is tough on this!"

"It’s our first time back since the pandemic. The place was busy, all tables were occupied including outside seating. There were only 2 people taking orders but there were more than a few bringing food to the tables. Their exhaust system was pretty powerful, it was not smoky when we were there. We ordered the premium all you can eat menu which came with seafood. The shrimp and marinated spicy squid were fresh and delicious. The marinated galbi and joo mul luk galbi were out favorites. The salad and banchan were ok but the vegetable pancake was crispy and not too greasy. It was an enjoyable meal. Kudos to Justyce for her cheerful demeanor despite the hard work."

"I think eating at Bodegon No. 69 was my first time eating Peruvian food. And because I was starving when I went with a friend I wanted to make sure what I ordered would be good enough to satisfy my hunger. So I went with a safe and familiar choice and ordered the Arroz Chaupa de Pollo, which is fried rice with chicken. It was delicious. By no means did it taste like Chinese fried rice but it did have a similar look and texture even with a scrambled egg throughout. The Arroz Chaupa de Pollo really stood out because of the Peruvian seasonings. Overall the chicken was tender and crispy. The rice was fluffy and each bite was wrapped in Peruvian flavors and seasonings, which are earthy with a bit of sweetness. The portion size was enough for two people, so I ate half and took the rest home for later. I paired my Chupa with the Inka soda. The color of the soda is bright yellow and has the taste of an American vanilla crème soda. But rather than being made of sugar like American sodas, the Inka soda is made from an herb similar to chamomile, per the server. Each time I have gone the wait staff have been very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I like the outdoor seating which looks like it is a holdover from the early Covid days. I'm not sure what the ambiance is like when eating inside as I have enjoyed eating outside.Bodegon No. 69 is a good place for small or large groups, mainly due to the portion sizes."

"Came upon this little gem during shutdown last year. Therefore I 'm basing my review purely on delivery orders. Our favorites are chicharron con yucca. It also comes with a green salad and spicy salsa. I 've tried there cocido and chicken soup I really enjoyed the chicken soup. They serve the chicken charbroiled separately from the broth. It was very tasty served with a side of rice and salad. The broth had a chicken foot, I don 't necessarily like it, but the best broth is made of patitas de pollo according to my mom and it truly was. Definitely recommend."
