"It started bad with the friture mange-tout which had been fried and re-fried a few times until it just tasted old oil. That fish had been dead a long long time. Then, we ordered calamari with risotto and risotto with gambas. Both were served cold after a long wait. The waiter and waitress (boss? suggested that they could re-heat the plates! Our italian friends would have been horrified. You can 't re-heat risotto... In fact, that risotto was probably made for lunch and then heated up for us but it just waited so long that we got it cold. When the waitress saw our horrified look, she finally suggested to make one new but we really just wanted to get out of there as fast as we could because we knew for sure that nothing good could come out of that kitchen. Of course, they made us pay for the whole thing even though we practically ate nothing of those 2 plates. One more point, in French when you say risotto aux gambas , gambas is plural. There was only one shrimp on the risotto. One more reason to avoid that place. In Corsica, you can eat very well but this is one of those places where they take advantage of tourists. Better buy some salami or paté at the shops, some bread and some rosé wine at any of the many shops on the road nearby. A lot more enjoyable than this awful place."
