"Heard good things but was very surprised on our overall evening. Service was polite, but horrendous. Waiting 30minutes between each dish. My friend would have a dish, and then mine would arrive 30 minutes later. When we mentioned the waitresses had clearly forgotten. We had...a vegetarian in our crowd so we requested the Ramen without the beef. When we requested a price reduction it was refused. For saying we were delayed and poorly treated, a reduction for this dish would have been a slight consolation in a miserable night. Most expensive noodles in Toulouse. Cannot recommend. It's not like the food was that great either (when it eventually arrives). Thank You for giving my first bad review on trip advisor"

"Talk about fresh seafood this restaurant has a large selection of fish and mushles, all fresh! my wife had the Seenail-Entree; I had the fischertare. Both were excellent. then we had both frit the moules, who had a whistle and skallops. superb! They wait with the workers. were not excessively friendly but efficient. the restaurant was full, but the service was very good."

"Very good restaurant specializing in Bavarian and Alsace cuisine. Emphasis on meat here and portions are very large. I made mistake to order starter and main. Foie Gras starter was a large meal in itself and then came the main course Cassoulet. Way too...much food. I found the Cassoulet quite dry as I have been used to a more moist presentation, but perhaps that is the tradition of the region (Alsace, not Toulouse). We were a group and all other diners found they had a lot to eat, most could not finish. One guest had the Smoked Salmon salad starter and then a main of Veal which he could not finish. Service was very good. The wait staff spoke good English and recommended some nice wine to accompany the meal. Prices are in the medium range and compare to most other restaurants in the area. (Foie Gras 19E and Cassoulet 16E). Only negative comment is the size of the portions are too large."
