"We were given the option to sit at the bar or a table which was nice. Our server greeted us promptly and we were able to put in our drinks and apps right away. Our orders came quick as well and what we ordered was perfect- food and drinks were tasty. The only thing was the dessert I really wanted wasn’t available and the alternate I chose I didn’t like. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I have been twice and I was pleased both times."

"I recently moved to N. Stamford just a few minutes north of Madonia and met a friend for apps and beers. It's an excellent local restaurant with a nice bar. The server was very attentive and friendly. I'll be back for dinner with my wife."

"We never have to eat there. we were looking forward to it, but when we went to the main entrance, we warned the bartender that we had a reservation for four people. she seemed surprised and ran out of the room to check for something we accepted. during the waiting we realized that the room was hot and the ac was not up, although it was 96 degrees outside. the door was open, but the warm inside was impressive. she came back, tried to sit on a table in this room, I explained we wouldn't sit in there because it was too hot. she said there was a big party in the dining room. I said it was too hot, she offered us to sit outside, but again, it was 96 degrees outside. I asked about the ac, she said it didn't work. So we went somewhere else to eat. the place has good eating, but if they have booked a reservation and their dining room is not for their dinner guests, but their other room has no ac, why not make their reservation and give them a head about the situation?"
