"Terrible experience at this bar. my parent order has been missed and if we were thinking about it, it still did not come out. order several who were placed after their departure and still no sign of our parents order. no apologies for the witness and no offer of a drink or something of this nature. the rest of our table has finished eating and still their order had not come out. at this point we talked to the manager. the person in the register always talked about the top of us when we tried to ask about it, claiming that they are “very busy” no empathy at all. we asked to speak with the manager several times, who refused to speak with us several times. we waited for 15 minutes to talk to the manager who obviously ignored us, hoping that we would give up and go. Finally, 1 worker took a moment to talk to us and offered a refund. terrible management. it would have taken the manager less than 5 minutes to talk to us and offer a solution, but he decided to be ignorant and rude. it was never treated so badly. do not recommend. 0 stars."
