"I am simply in shock after ordering from Costa azul for years and seeing the service go downhill, I continued to support them. Today my family and I placed a big order in which one of the burritos contained what looks like gause or clorox wipe either or we completely lost our appetite. We contacted Maria the manager to let her know and guess what she did nothing, no reimbursement in fact she said it happens both of my brothers are chefs and no it doesnt just happen. She was not apologetic in fact she was so rude when I told her that as a manager she should do what 's right and guess what she said in Spanish vete a la chigada madre which in English translates to go f yourself. She said she doesn 't care and that she once had a roach in her burger and she just sucked it up. PLEASE I WARN YOU TO NOT SUPPORT an establishment who doesn 't care about being clean with your food. This is just a nightmare."
