"I am so happy we went here for dinner this week. It was our first attempt at eating sushi since we moved from Vancouver. My husband, 5 year old son and I visited Sushi Me on the suggestion of my cousin.We were very happy with our experience. The waitress was very welcoming and efficient. The menu is extensive and they have some creative rolls. My son was very happy with the Tempura Prawns and Gyoza...he thought it was the best night ever and none of us were allowed to have any nibbles from his plate. I played it safe and ordered a California Roll while my husband sampled a variety of items from the menu.My son really wanted to say good bye to the waitress...I think he liked her...so he ran up to the bar to say good bye. As we were leaving she ran after us asking us to wait and gave my son a box of Pocky.The customer service from start to finish was refreshing and we will definately be going back."

"This restaurant is very close to where I live, I was very excited to try it out. I went in after a long day at school and decided to try the Kagura Ramen. The bowl is huge, probably enough to feed two people, and comes with steak and a hard-boiled egg. I have never had "real" ramen before, and this was a great experience for me.The waitress that I had was great, very attentive and not judgemental - I had to ask for a regular spoon :PThe price is a bit high for me to be a regular here, but I look forward to trying the shrimp tempura in the future."

"My friend said it was good, so guess what? I brought my two Japanese friends there for all u can eat dinner. And here 's the verdict: not authentic Chinese chefs the Sashimi were cut into blocks, not slices we ordered lots, but a quarter...of the food never made it to our table (they may have ran out, but they didn 't bother to tell us This Kensington location is labelled as Japanese and Thai fusion, but the Thai food is simply not good (I 've been to Thailand and I know what Pad Thai is... And the BBQ beef was hard and dried. I just returned the whole plate. My Japanese friends simply said that it 's westernized Japanese food . So there you have it. If you 're ok with westernized Japanese food, then go ahead. But if you 're bringing Japanese friends, please don 't disappoint them."

"Super cool and efficient, one swipes left or right on menu scrolls to order, and the order is delivered within a few minutes. Adult price is about $28 on evenings and weekends. Service is very good. The table however was dirty and sticky, we had to request it be cleaned. Also, although the quality of the produce is good and fresh, the execution sucks, it's amateurish and therefore not as delicious as the ingredients have the potential to be. There is no limit on sashimi, hence, after a few hot dishes and rolls, we concentrated on it, with some eye rolling from the staff of course, no limit means no limit though."

"To be fair - we didn't eat in, but have ordered takeout from this place a few times. Great sushi at FANTASTIC prices - hard to beat the value here. Sushi is ready within 45 minutes, staff was polite and quick when we were picking up."

"I used to visit this restaurant when I lived in the neighbourhood, but haven't been in a few years. I forgot how good it was! The food and service was better than what I remember. We were warned when we ordered that was to much food... our waitress was correct. The rolls were massive. The tuna and salmon sashimi were double the size of any other restaurant that I have been in Calgary. I will return! Good job!!"
