"I had a bad experience with this place over the summer. I had written a bad review because order was wrong. As you can see in my screenshot below, instead of acknowledging that the restaurant messed up he said because it was a handroll. No it doesn't matter what kind of roll i ordered, I received something k didn't order at all. The owner CLEARLY doesn't remember my order. Pretty much a d excuse not relevant to my complaint. Just admit your restaurant messed up and move on. I don't like excuses. I did give them another chance and when my food came today I had a long black hair in my Crab roll. Between the owners lack of accountability and the hair in my food today, I'm no longer ordering from this place. You've officially lost a customer."
