"Benihana's flavors are so unique that it should be categorized under its own kitchen. We have different Teppan houses like Yama Teppan House in Dana Point), my husband, “the weekend cook” goes online for Benihana’s secrets... but nothing can replace authentic Benihana flavor. My daughter ordered the special Benihana that is the Steak Lobster, but they replaced the Fillet Mignon for the Steak) I find the lobster too rich and the chicken-hibachi style excellent. But I have to say the nothing beats the hibachi Fillet Mignon ...must order the next time"

"Delicious food and a lovely view of the yachts outside. The wait staff was wonderful so friendly, kind and attentive overall. However, the kitchen was a bit slow. It took a while to get our order and it wasn't super busy. But worth the wait as it was quite delicious. We went for brunch one of us had avocado toast with salmon and eggs, and the other had crabcake benedict. Will definitely go back."

"I was sitting here for a birthday dinner. Service was great and we sat pretty fast. But I'll say the sushi was just fine. I could say the quality was good, but the flavor combinations of the reels just didn't work. With the exception of a role we had, the taste of an element seemed to exaggerate the rest. I wanted to enjoy all the elements of sushi, but still only try coconut for example. It was sushi that tried too hard. Great location and views."

"This place is terrific! Great sushi for the price! I love their sushi samplers instead of getting 2 pieces. Toro is super fresh. David is the friendliest dude and super great about requests. Ask for his crispy chili sauce, it’s the best!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. If you get the fried tofu steak have them cube it. Or at least butterfly it tho. Otherwise you get a brick of fried tofu. Also ask for extra crispy!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free soy sauce but a lot of their sauces aren’t gluten free."
