"My favorite was the salmon nigiri, it was so fatty and soft it melts in my mouth. The toro wasnt as fatty as i wanted it to be. The unagi nigiris were really good as well. The appetizer salmon was really good! Classic. The crab shells were ok, i wouldnt order it again, too small of a portion. They charge 1 for 4 lemon wedges. I thought the appetizer shouldve came with a lemon wedge?"

"Went here on Sunday afternoon (LUNCH) with my hubby, we were from the Kitchener region and wanted to make a day of NOTL, we had a hankering for some sushi and read reviews on this one. Plus the menu had a good assortment of everything. Turns out it was seriously probably the best AYCE sushi place we've been to. . Most of the AYCE places we've been to in is focused on quantity. We were first impressed with the look of the restaurant, very modern rustic. Secondly the service was attentive (which you don't always get at an AYCE), The server showed us how to use the ipad as well as kept the refills of water and tea coming and brought us extra napkins without having us to ask. The nice extra touch in addition to the great tasting food was they had people that came to your table with grilled food, similar to the Brazilian restaurants on top of the food you order. Of the items we ordered, the sushi was done very well, little rice to filling ratio, the tempura was crispy and thin, the steak was medium. Everything we had we thought was superior to other sushi places. Only the crispy eggplant was probably a pass. We didn't do the noodles or rice or sushi pizza, we stuck to tempura's, grilled stuff and rolls. Some people might consider the desserts to be limited (only ice cream and fruit and mousse) but that was a perfect ending to being totally stuffed. We only had the lunch menu, would love to go back for the full dinner menu in the future!"
