"We had a reservation for 5 pm. We requested a booth when we arrived not realizing that it would be a special request. We asked to be closer to the bar area to see the game. We were told by the host and the individual seating us that the booths weren’t available and were for people who put booth down. When we left there were three or four booths with no one sitting there the entire 1 1/2 hours. We saw another party of two come in and they were seated in one of the booths. It was really disappointing as we’ve never had this happen in past visits to Ra. I don’t want to assume that it was due to any physical appearances but it did come to mind. Our server was wonderful and made the dining portion great."

"I have come to this place since 2017, the food service was always excellent, but my last 2 visits were terrible. The server was neglected. One of my friends went early and asked to go a bag and soda the server brought only the bag and when we reminded them of the soda, she took 15 min to bring the soda so that my friend ended without leaving them. When the rest of the group remained, my other friend ordered a dessert to go and we sat at the table for 20 minutes. We finally had to turn another member back to ask. We had to remove different employees when we needed something. Food was coming slowly and there was no sense of urgency or care from her. We were not a difficult table. I just moved from Dallas and this place has many special memories about my years here and it is regrettable to have this experience for my moving away dinner."
