"I used to be happy to go to this restaurant, but an experience I had today cleaned me up in the facility. I had a voucher from a local publication, suggesting that I could get 1/2 on a lunch combination. My wife and I ordered from the lunch combo menu, but when I went to pay, I noticed that the price was higher than the price listed on the menu. The reason? It was a Sunday and the very fine print on the menu shows that lunch combos are only available Monday to Saturday. Worse, the guy in the register would not accept my voucher, even at the higher price, although there were no signs that it was not valid on Sunday. I accuse the server to a certain extent not to point out that the lunch combinations were not available on Sunday. All-in-all, a very disappointing experience and an example of bad customer relationships."

"Love this place! I was just one time, but was thrilled when I found out that they were doing Churros (I had no good since I left California years ago). I called before I left to find out if they did them and asked how many I wanted. I told him about when I could get there, and he had made fresh churros that were still hot when I got there. What a nice man! Even if this is about 2 hours from me at home, I will definitely come back there."
