"China Delight is top notch, they even included sweet and sour sauce exactly how I love it. It was perfect for my kiddo and I when we were sick in bed, and was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend!!! The door dasher was also amazing, very prompt and even though they had another order they had to deliver the meal was still very warm and delicious and they did an excellent job taking care of the order. Super grateful and impressed!"

"Love her.. I love donuts and these are great! The cinnamon roll was very light texture and wonderful taste. Chocolate ice cream cake also mmm good! And served on the plate! Yeah, donuts on a plate. And the milk I choose was very cold as it should be. I wish we didn't just go through so I could get more. Yum!"

"I frequent ichiban a lot. I love the food. I've been on the hibachi side and the sushi side. This evening I was shocked at how we were treated. I had a reservation, I did not complain when we were sat 15 mins late. We did not complain when one of our party was sat in a place where they could not see the hibachi, they were looking at the chefs behind. They were also sprayed with water, with no warning by another chef. So much water they had to wipe their face down with extra napkins. Our chef made delicious food. I really can't complain there. After about an hour the staff and owner started to rush us out. Apparently they had over booked, but that is not my fault. I asked for a certain dessert that they do very well and was told the freezer was not working. Then the manager came over and said they were not serving dessert because of how many people were waiting. Which was it? Who knows. I ordered another drink. If they had just given me my dessert I would have been out faster. I understand if you are busy, but people dining in should get at least the industry standard of 90 mins before you start to push them out. When we were almost done with our drinks, they came over and said we could move to a table on the non hibachi side to finish them, because a group had been waiting an hour for the table. How was that even possible, if that was true their reservation for our table would have been a half hour after we sat down?! I adore ichiban but I doubt I will be returning. If I do it's only to use my VIP points up. Yes I have a VIP card. That shows you how much I frequent the restaurant. They also added an 18 percent tip on a table of 5. And as we were leaving the owner was talking about us to the people who were taking our table. Very unprofessional."

"The eating was not bad, but the manager who said his name was( esteban) was very dismaying of the time when we went in the door. we tried to order food and he stopped me 2 times to put other customers in front of me and they just went after me.i then to talk to the other worker there to see what kind of special that they have and (esteban) jumped before me and did not say to talk to her just after he had tried the order he then got to be smart with my humbled as if he had started to work with me. Pizza factory in lockford should be closed until the workers can control them themselves and with all that went on his family came into the place with a dog and let the dog run around in the kitchen also the child and mother was eating out of the pizza line and no one wore a mask now, how beautiful from a place is that"
